My beautiful cousin. There are many Virginia memories - you coaching cheerleading at Randolph Macon Academy, helping me when my back went out and there was a wrestling meet that required an overnight visit (I’ll never forget you, me in a wheelchair and our bags on that dinky elevator! You handled your claustrophobia oh so well! 😂) . With you I learned what having a little sister would have been like - oh MY! Then there was seeing Flock of Seagulls at Sweet Caroline’s and hanging out with them between sets and after they were done playing. And almost getting to Korn and Evanescence’s buses behind stage! You visiting me and seeing my last show in Kansas before I moved back to Virginia. I LOVED that time together with you.
To say your love of life, of nature and art, of everything beautiful and not so beautiful about people was something to behold does not do you justice. I told you She believed she could so she did and Nevertheless she persisted were words to focus on and you took them and RAN with them. You have been taken from all of us way too soon! I love you, my beautiful cousin. 💖💖💔💔💖💖🪽🪽🪽
