Hey Steve, much has happened since you left us. You have been joined by Mike and nephew Tod, who fought for 21 months of brain cancer. Oh how we miss you all. There are so many things I could discuss with you. You would have enjoyed a college sports discussion of the NIL options and NCAA womens' basketball and now softball season. I think about you often. Evan has a darling almost 5 year old son, Felix. He is a doll and you'd be so proud. I stay in touch with both your boys. I'm the lucky and crazy aunt. Save me a place...Miss you Steve...Chuck misses you so much as well.

Missing you Steve, esp in the fall during football season. The Jenks-Union game will be great this year. I miss our talks and your stories from childhood that I never knew. Grandkids are growing. All are very smart and no surprise there!!!

Steve,
Missed you more each day. You were such a great Papa Steve to Ava, Kate and Claire and now you have a grandson, born in August 2019. Evan and Lindsay are great parents to Felix and he is a doll. I hope to meet him soon. I stay in contact with Ryan and Evan by the week and talk to Mike as often as possible. He misses you too. Chuck is lost without you but knows you are healthy and happy and we will meet again in Heaven. Love you Dr. Steve!

Our basketball group in Jenks thoroughly enjoyed having the competition that Steve provided on Wednesday nights in the Frank Herald Gymnasium in Jenks. Steve was a tough, smart, and energetic competitor—just the way he lived life. Steve will be sorely missed but fondly remembered and well respected.

Ryan, Evan and family,
I graduated from Memorial High school in 1966 (your Mom’s class). I knew Steve well and had a long talk with him outside Walgreens one week before he died. We often chatted at ball games at JPS where I worked for 25 years.My fondest memory of him was that he probably saved Sue Gentis’ life by finding a brain tumor upon an eye examination.. she lived to be in her late 80’s.So sajad for you all,
