Steven “Boogie” Richard Hill, a resident of Tulsa, passed away June 14, 2017 at the age of 17. He was born January 18, 2000 to George Steven Hill and Cheryl Dawn (Willhite) Horner in Tulsa, Oklahoma. He loved to fish, smoke, play video games and food was his best friend. Boogie was a chill kind of dude.He was preceded in death by his dad, George Hill and grandma, Nellie Wells-Carver-Roy.Survivors include his sister, Shelby Willhite; sister, Ashly Ellis-Anwyl; sister, Hailey Horner; brother, John Willhite; mom, Cheryl Horner; dad, Joe Fowler; sister-in-law, Aliegance Tiger; sister, Crystal Horner; nephew, Kado Bissell; niece, Addison Horner; niece, Annshawn’a Tiger; niece, Breanne Robinson; aunt, Terry Ward; cousin, Craig Jordan; cousin, Jody Jordan; cousin, Ke’von Jordan and grandma, Glenette Rogers; grandmother, Betty Ritter; grandfather, Bobby Christberry; uncle, David Willhite; uncle, Chuck Willhite; cousin, Rissy Huxon; cousin, Chasadee Willhite; cousin, Bradlee Willhite; aunt, Tracy Ritter and numerous other family members and friends.The family will have a celebration of his life at Contact Church in Tulsa Monday, June 19, 2017 at 3:00 p.m.
