Stewart Price Hutton's Obituary
HUTTON – Stewart Price, beloved father, grandfather, and husband, passed away August 14, 2008, in his home with his family present. He was 69 years of age. He was born July 24, 1939, in Clinton, OK, to Harold Price Hutton and Mary Belle Wallace Hutton. He graduated from Northwest Classen High School in Oklahoma City and Oklahoma State University, where he was a member of Sigma Alpha Epsilon fraternity. He served 2 years as an officer with the United States Army Finance Corporation in Germany and spent the rest of his life in commercial banking and government bank regulation. He chartered Ft. Gibson State Bank in 1972, and recently retired from Arvest Bank Group of Lowell, AR. During his lifetime he loved to travel and spent his last years of retirement traveling often with his wife, Carolyn. He also enjoyed Oklahoma State University sports, most notably football, and passed his love of OSU to his children, who were OSU graduates as well. Stewart is survived by: his wife, Carolyn Bailey Hutton; 5 children, Mary Michelle Schrader, Jennifer Carol McKee, Brenda Leigh Lene, Bill Bailey, and Carol Bailey; and 7 grandchildren.
