Sue Heath's Obituary
Freddie SUE Heath a resident of Broken Arrow, formerly of Okmulgee, moved to Heaven Saturday night, December 7, 2013, at the age of 81. Sue was born March 23, 1932 in Ft. Smith, Arkansas to Frederick L Beneux and Virginia E. Henderson Beneux. Sue grew up in Ft. Smith. After graduation she married Frank William Heath on July 22, 1949 and moved to Okmulgee, Oklahoma; where Frank got a job at American St. Gobain Glass Company. Sue’s hobbies included painting, sculpturing and bowling. In Okmulgee she bowled on a Tuesday night women’s league; a Wednesday morning coffee league and a Friday night mixed league for many years. She later went to work for Safeway Grocery Store and then Homeland Grocery Store in Broken Arrow where she retired as cashier. She also enjoyed Oklahoma Native American artwork and figurines from various states and countries. Sue both attended, and taught Sunday school at a Presbyterian Church while living in Arkansas. In Okmulgee she was a member of First Baptist church and in Broken Arrow she attended Christ United Methodist Church. Sue was preceded in death by her parents; Fred and Virginia Beneux and her husband Frank who passed away January 6, 1990. Survivors include her daughter Sheryl and her husband Eric Chapman, of Okmulgee; son Mike and his wife Melinda Heath, of Ingram, Texas; son David and his wife Mary Heath, of Tulsa; 7 grandchildren John Chapman, of Okmulgee; Charles and his wife Cindy Rawlings, of San Diego, CA; Lori and her husband Charles Kanada, of Coalton, OK; Kristina and her husband Jason Sandberg, of Mason City, IA; Amber Heath and her husband Bo Hopkins, of Bixby, OK; David J Heath and Candice Perez, of Tulsa; Rebecca Heath and Jacob Russell of Catoosa; Barbara Rodrigues of Broken Arrow; great-grandchildren Eric H. Chapman; Paul Chapman-Crook and wife Jordan; Aaron Sandberg; Timothy Chapman; Dustin Chapman, Kyle Sandberg; Christopher Sandberg; Dixielee Kanada; Amanda Chapman; Robert Kanada; Samantha Sandberg; Addiemae Kanada; Martin Rodriguez; Alex Hopkins; Drew Hopkins; Drake Hopkins; Tyler Heath; Jasmine Russell and 1 great-great grandchild Lily Rose Chapman-Crook. Sue is also survived by one sister, Ginna and her husband Jim Hodge of Helendale, CA; cousin Sherry Martin and son Ron of Ft. Smith, AR; nephew Rick and his wife Kate Hodge, of El Cajon, CA and neice Sherry Hodge Ellis and her husband Mike of Hisperia, CA. Also several other nieces and nephews and many friends.
