Grandma- words cant express how selfish I want to be and how I can wish all day long on how much I missed and what I could have done different. But at the end of the day and through all of our crazy lifes I know that you are happy and cancer free. I am sure you have given Brucey and ear full. And I know your enjoying all the missed time with your mom and dad. The last thing you said to me was that you always loved me. Grandma, I always loved you more than you will ever know. Being the oldest grand daughter we defintely had our ups and downs. But I looked up to you, your strength is amazing! Christmas was hard this year, mom and Nana kept it together. Dont worry about papa Sonny, us kids are taking good care of him like you would want us too. I miss you every day but I know you are healed with no pain. I love you Grandma

Grandma- I miss you so much! I think about you everyday. I picture you in heaven cruising on a gorgeous boat in clear waters! Smiling because you are now not in any pain. You were a wonderful woman. And you taught me so much. I will keep everything u taught me and all our memories forever and close to my heart. If I could get one more minute with you, I do anything for it! I miss you dearly but I know you are happy and I know you will be with me as I walk down the aisle. I know you loved Drew and were very excited. It's selfish to want you here. Sydney was my best friend when I was a young teenager. When I think of good memories that always includes Sydney, Robbin and Radonna….those memories include Sydney's beloved mustang, camping at the lake, or wherever, playing lots of card games, decorating for Christmas and taking the girls through they're first car wash.I love you Sydney, Robbin & Radonna.

For those who were unable to make it to the service or those asking, here is the poem I read!!! If I Were SantaIf I were Santa you know what I'd do I'd dump all the silly gifts given to you and deliver some things just inside your front door Things you have lost but treasured before.I'd bring back the shape with which you were gifted So things now suspended need not uplifted. Then restore the color that once graced your hair Before all the rinses and bleaches took residence there.I'd remove all your wrinkles and leave only one chin So you wouldn't spend hours rubbing grease on your skin. Sonny, I am so sad to hear about Sydney's death. Your sorrow must be overwhelming right now. You will be lifted up to God in prayer for peace and strength. Apparently Sydney was a woman of great faith and as such is now enjoying her wonderful life ever after. Like Kay and Judy, I have fond memories of her from my childhood. The transience of all of our lives has sadly kept up from knowing one another as adults. Take care and know you are in my prayers. Much love, Becky

I am so sorry to hear of the passing of Sydney. I have so many wonderful childhood memories from spending time on the front porch swing to taking a bath in the wash tub on her back porch. I loved doing those things with her. Because of the miles between us, we have missed having an adult relationship, but the wonderful memories with both of you will always be cherished in my heart. I will keep you in my prayers for strength in the coming days as I know it is a great loss for you.
