Sylvia Frances Bevers' Obituary
Sylvia F. Bevers died Wednesday, June 10, 2026, in Boise Idaho at the age of 85.
She was born in Texas on July 6, 1940, to Gracie and William Cary. She is the oldest of four siblings. As a youth she was active in many activities including her church youth group and a local Girl Scout troupe. She graduated from Tulsa Central High School in 1957. While attending college in Stillwater, Oklahoma, Sylvia met and married her former husband.
She finished her Bachelors Degree at Texas Christian University in Fort Worth upon returning with her husband from their military tour in Okinawa. Over the years they had three children: Joyce, Ann, and David. Sylvia is survived by her three children and her three siblings Jim, Bob, Peggy, and their families around the U.S. Her life was exemplified by her desire to worship God and create a better world for her family.
Funeral services will be held Monday, June 29th, 2026 at 12:30 PM at Floral Haven Funeral Home
Interment will take place at Floral Haven Memorial Gardens - Garden of Last Supper
