Ted W. Creekmore died April 4, 2010 at 10:45 PM at his home in Tulsa, Oklahoma at the age of 77. Ted was born in Oklahoma on July 23, 1932 to Charles Elzo Creekmore and Dovie Ann Dawson Creekmore. He was a country singer for more than 50 years. Ted is survived by his wife, Treva Keener Creekmore; sons, Robert Creekmore of Glenpool, Oklahoma and Kenny Creekmore of Florida; one brother, Clifford Creekmore of Drumright, Oklahoma; two sisters, Lela Robinson and Lucille Lee of Drumright, Oklahoma; seven grandchildren and eleven great-grandchildren and a host of nieces and nephews and friends. He was preceded in death by his first wife, Margaret; one sister, Shirley; 3 brothers, Lonnie, Charles and Dewey. Funeral Services will be held 3:00 PM Wednesday, April 7, 2010 at Floral Haven Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will follow at Oak Hill Cemetery in Drumright, Oklahoma.
