Tegan Dawn Jungo's Obituary
TEGAN DAWN JUNGO
March 30, 2020 - April 17, 2020
"Dearest baby, please know that our greatest blessing was having you."
Tegan Dawn Jungo was born on March 30th, 2020 at 8:10 a.m. weighing 5lbs and 15oz and 17in. April 17, 2020 at 6:01 p.m. Tegan Dawn, aged 18 days, passed peacefully in the arms of her loving parents' at OU Children's Hospital in Oklahoma City, OK, after struggling with inoperable Congenital heart disease.
Tegan is the daughter of Makayla and Diego Jungo of Broken Arrow, OK. She is the answer to their prayers, and they waited for her birth with EAGER excitement. During her brief visit on earth, she enjoyed listening to music, being told stories and being sung to, cuddling with soft toys, sticking out her tongue, being held close, squeezing Mom and Dads hands, kisses, and being told “I love you” an uncountable amount of times. Tegan gave us a lifetime of love during her short time on earth. She touched many lives and is deeply loved by family and friends and will be greatly missed.
The family would like to thank the staff at OU Children's CVICU for the incredible care provided to Tegan with a special thank you to Dr. Burkhart, Dr. Heith, Dr. Ronallo, Kathryn, Jordan, Christen, Lauren, and Maddie.
Her story and memorial fund can be found at: https://www.facebook.com/togetherwithtegan/. THANK YOU TO THOSE THAT DONATED AND SENT NEVER ENDING PRAYERS FOR OUR FAMILY.
