Terry was preceded in death by his son, Chad Michael Smith and father, Bobby Ray Smith. He is survived by his loving wife of 23 years, Ellen Smith; three children, Christopher Ray Smith and wife, Cristi, Eric Patrick Fisher and wife, Holly, and Adam Dominic Fisher and fiance, Lauren McCoy; five grandchildren, Sebastian Kaiser, Zachary Kaiser, Gunner Ray Smith, Kaitlyn Fisher, and Giana Fisher; and mother, Lois Smith.
