Thelma Atkins age 84 died February 17, 2016 in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Thelma was born August 17, 1931 in Henryetta, Oklahoma. Thelma is survived by two sons, Michael and Carey also a sister Frankie Dale. Also surviving is 2 grandchildren and 3 Great Grandchildren. Graveside service to be held Monday, February 22, 2016 at 10:00 am at the Last Supper Section of Floral Haven Memorial Gardens. Rev. James Lacey to officiate.
