When I was a teenager JoAnn was like a 2nd Mom to me. MaryAnn and I would help get things ready on Fridays to take to the lake for the weekend. When Jim and JoAnn would come home from work we would load up everything and head to the lake. Uncle Gary and Aunt Donna also came to the lake as well. Jim had a Bass boat, Uncle Gary a skiing boat and Aunt Donna a Pontoon boat. They taught me how to water ski, as well as ride a mini bike and the Honda scooter. I have such GREAT Memories of all the fun we had fishing, swimming water skiing, cook outs, fish fries. The Taylors was like my 2nd family I was so Blessed to have the privilege of being included as one of their family. I remember JoAnn did not have to say much if Mary and I had done something we should not have done she would just give us her look and we knew we were in trouble. She was such a kind and special person to me and she will be missed. Just look at this family and you can see the legacy she has left behind, both her daughters have JoAnn's kind heart, as well as her son's, granddaughter's and grandson's. I will not say goodby JoAnn but that I will see you again someday.
