The family of Theo Wells Rector wishes to inform you that our beloved mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and friend has gone fishing in Heaven with the love of her life. W. Jay Rector.At 4:35pm on Saturday April 1st, she put minnows on her double-hook crappie jig and is out fishing with our dad, again. She passed serenely, in peace and without pain, surrounded by her family.She is survived by her son W. Jay Rector II and his wife Rhonda, her daughter Gayle York and Jim Isgrig, her granddaughters Lyndsey and husband Ricky, Kelli and husband Ricky, grandson Jeremy Rector, grandson Brady and Racquel, her great-granddaughters Abigail, Madison and Brylee and great grandson Jackson.Her family would like to thank her friends for the love they showed to and for her. The family would also like to thank the staff at Saint Francis hospital for the unbelievable care and compassion they showed and for how wonderful they made her last days. A special thanks goes to Dr. Richard Reinking who was so much more than a doctor to her.Our mother was thrilled and honored to be a part of the Grove Senior Center family. She was proud to wear her “Red Hats”, and was especially honored to be one of “Santa’s Old Broads”. These extended families gave her joy and comfort, as well as a few laughs we are sure.Our family invites you to wish her well in her next life on Wednesday April 5, from 5-7 at Floral Haven, 6500 S 129th E Ave, Broken Arrow, OK. The celebration services will be held at 11:00 am on April 6, also at Floral Haven.“Our mother never left the house without a very long necklace, please feel free to honor her by wearing yours.”
