Peter Nguyễn Khắc Thoảng, passed away peacefully Thanksgiving night, November 28, 2019 around 8:20pm at the age of 87 in Edmond, OK surrounded by his family. He was an active member of the St. Joseph Vietnamese Catholic Parish of Tulsa, Oklahoma and the Vietnamese community of Tulsa where he touched the lives of so many people.
