Tom and I spent many happy days at First Church with our youth group as teenagers and afterward jumping into his orange VW Beetle and going for pizza or a cold root beer at the Hub drive in. I will miss you Tom but I will see you again in heaven.
Melinda, my thoughts and prayers are with you and your family during this difficult time. May your memories bring smiles and comfort.
I remember Tommy when he went to Central Church of the Nazarene. He was friends with my brother. Haven't seen him since childhood but I recognize his picture. VICKI sterne
I appreciated Tom in lots of ways over a 28 year period of being his brother in law. I ate a lot of his groceries on Sunday nights while watching Mission Impossible. It seemed that Tom was always working on his cars but honestly, if you ever rode with him you would certainly feel sorry for the car ha ha! We both had occasions to exchange fix it questions from topics of cars, heat and air or just wall paper or insulating a home. Most any topic was cost driven with Tom and he knew how to squeeze value from every dime. For years on end we would drive to Edmond, Ponca City or Tulsa for Tom to figure our taxes and he'd even call to remind me we should get started. When Tom found out he had MS he didn't seem to want to discuss it much and I sadly watched it take over his body and alter his life. My heart goes out to Melinda, TJ and Torrey but keep in mind his healing has begun. Due to a conflict of having two funerals just hours apart in Broken Arrow and in El Reno on Friday I will not be able to attend Tom's service but I will be thinking of the family from afar.

Sorry to hear this about Tommy. Tom, Luppy and I grew up together and ran around together till we all got married and moved away. But we always stayed in touch. I'll miss him very much a friend for 60 years. Robin Lopp
Tom is one of my employment highlights at TTCU. When I started, our routes to work were similar, I regularly saw him out of gas. I stopped the first few times, and inquired if he needed help. He told me he was selling this car and he didn't want to have extra gas in it (it was a mid 60s green Camaro). That's an accountant for you!Tom liked to follow the adventures of all the young partiers there, on of my co-workers gave him the nickname "Rappin' Tommie B". He seemed to adore that name.My life was better, for having known Tom. I enjoyed every encounter with him. He loved his family, his work, and now he is reaping the benefits.Jack Anthony
What a friend Tommy was to Chuck and me. I have so many fond memories of him and the entire Belcher family. I am so sorry to hear of his death. If I know him and "Luppy" there is some kind of mischief going on up in Heaven!!
