Thomas Earl Stevens, 76 died September 29, 2012 Sapulpa, Oklahoma. Tom was born July 18, 1936 in Tulsa, Oklahoma. He was the son of Charles Edward and Emily Louise (Chandler) Stevens. Survived by his daughter, Sarah Stevens of Seal Beach, California, grandson Ethan Fay of Lake Forest California, brother James W. Stevens of Florida as well as many neices and nephews, especially Jimmy, Sandy, T. J. Dick of Sapulpa, Oklahoma.
