Tim Ray Hewitt's Obituary
Timothy (Tim) Ray Hewitt, age 48, passed away at his home in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma Saturday, July 19th, 2014.Tim was born June 28th, 1966, in Cleveland, Oklahoma. Tim graduated high school from Broken Arrow, Oklahoma. He was Vice President of Harmon Insurance located in Broken Arrow. Prior to this, he worked as a CNC machinist for many years. Tim loved to hunt, fish, garden, cook, and he especially loved to listen to his beloved music. He was married to the love of his life, Janice, and often spoke of the many adventures they encountered together. His twin sons, Aaron and Anthony were his pride and joy, and he was REALLY OU’s number one fan! He was a member of Church on the Move, and his relationship with Christ was most important to him. Another great love of Tim’s was his Labrador- his buddy Buster. Tim loved and was so proud of his family.Tim is survived by his wife Janice Hewitt, two sons Aaron and Anthony Hewitt, both parents Albert Leslie and Pauline Hewitt of Broken Arrow. Also, he was survived by his brothers and sisters Gary Hewitt of Cleveland, Oklahoma, Kathy Perez of Tulsa, Oklahoma, Marilyn Wilcox of Sand Springs, Oklahoma, and Randy Hewitt of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma. Preceded in death by brother Lonnie Hewitt of Oilton, Oklahoma.Tim was a humble, gentle, caring and capable man who was a leader, but always liked to stay in the background. Tim will be greatly missed by family, friends, and associates. Donations may be made to the Church on The Move.
