Tommy Wayne Smith's Obituary
Tommy Wayne Smith, 48 of Catoosa, Oklahoma passed from this life on Friday, January 2, 2021 at a Tulsa hospital. He was born May 26, 1972 in Tulsa, Oklahoma to his parents, Ingrid Jeane Smith and Leonard Thomas “Tom” Smith.
Tommy is survived by his three children, Bailey Smith, Malcolm Smith and Shelby Smith of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma; his father Leonard Smith of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, his sister Jeanie Smith of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma; and many friends. He was preceded in death by his mother, Ingrid Smith.
A celebration of life memorial service will be held at 12:30 p.m. on Saturday, January 30, 2021 at Floral Haven's Funeral Home Chapel.
