Tracy will be dearly missed. She was always such a kind person, and I will forever regard the deep love she and Richard shared as an example to strive for. Tracy was a wonderful person. Genuine, kind, and always full of energy. I enjoyed our year of Coeurd’Alene royalty traveling to parades and various community activities. We reconnected several years ago on Facebook. To her family I’m sure this is a sad time and I hope you will help each other out. There is a new bright star.
