Ty Chandler Boyden's Obituary
Celebrating the Joyful Journey of Ty Chandler Boyden
October 19, 2023 – December 8, 2024
Our hearts overflow with cherished memories as we celebrate the beautiful life of Ty Chandler Boyden, who graced our world from October 19, 2023, to December 8, 2024. Born in Tulsa, Oklahoma, Ty filled every moment with laughter, love, and boundless energy.
From the moment he arrived, Ty was a ray of sunshine, known for his cheeky smile and infectious belly laughs that could brighten any room. He adored Ms. Rachel, delighting in her songs as if they were written just for him. Ty's love for cars and his playful habit of flicking things brought endless amusement to everyone around him.
Ty's adventurous spirit shone through his love of jumping—on anyone willing to hold him! At his birthday celebration, presents took a backseat to his joy of jumping. His dad lovingly joked that Ty could "put Hippity Hop out of business," while his mom envisioned him becoming a great athlete.
A true water bug, Ty cherished every splash and giggle during bath times and water play. His unique talent for clapping with his feet before his hands and his affectionate headbutts were endearing quirks that family and friends will always remember. Ever the little foodie, he shared a special bond with his dad over their mutual love of tasty treats, especially baby Cheetos, his favorite snack.
Though his time with us was brief, Ty was a well-traveled little one, joining his family on adventures to places like North Carolina and Las Vegas. He even accompanied his dad on a momentous trip to meet his own father for the first time—a testament to the strong family bonds that surrounded Ty.
Ty leaves behind his loving parents, Caitlin and Holden Boyden, and his dear sister Isabella. He is cherished by his grandparents Jan and Philip Ferlin, Pat and Connie Meeks, Jon and Jackie Weaver, and Jonette Young. His joyful spirit will be fondly remembered by his many aunts, uncles, and extended family, including Cory and Whitney Meeks, Correna and Cassie Hulse, Peyton Boyden, Ben Weaver, Emma Weaver, Storm and Bernadette Weaver, and Elizabeth Boyden, as well as a host of other family and family friends that will forever miss and remember him.
He is reunited with his sister Parker Boyden; his uncle Tyler Boyden; and Great Grandpa GGPa Ferlin.
Ty's life, though short, was filled with love, laughter, and unforgettable moments that will continue to inspire and warm the hearts of all who knew him. He was truly the happiest baby, with an energetic zest for life that leaves a legacy of joy.
A celebration of Ty's vibrant life will be held on December 16, 2024, at Floral Haven Funeral Home in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Visitation is scheduled for Sunday from 12 PM to 5 PM, with the celebration beginning at 10 AM on Monday.
