Tyler McKinney's Obituary
Tyler Christian McKinney died unexpectedly at home on July 28th, 2018, in Tulsa, OK at the age of 26. Tyler is survived by his father, Donald McKinney of Tulsa; Siblings: Wayne McKinney of Tulsa, Milissa McKinney of Tulsa, Jeffrey (Stephanie) McKinney of Laramie, WY, Joseph McKinney of Phoenix, AZ, Joshua White of Broken Arrow, OK, Ainsleigh Sills of Broken Arrow, OK, Shawn McKinney of Laramie, WY and many nieces and nephews. His mother, Theresa McKinney, precedes him in death. Tyler was born on Oct. 3, 1991 in Tulsa, OK to Donald and Theresa McKinney. Tyler earned his high school diploma from Tulsa East Central High School. He loved cheering on the Carolina Panthers as well as hanging out with family and friends, fishing, and watching sports. Tyler will be remembered for his contagious smile. A funeral is scheduled for 11:00 on Friday, August 3 at Rose Chapel, Floral Haven Funeral Home with a reception to follow at the Family Center at Floral Haven. Brian Levan will officiate the ceremony. All are welcome to attend and celebrate Tyler’s life.
