In Loving Memory of Vannoy Lou Dunlap, affectionately known as Ruby. Born on April 5, 1936, in Arkansas to the late Floyd and Edith Burch, She was a spirited soul. As the former homecoming queen, she carried herself with the timeless mindset, "Once a queen, always a queen." Outgoing, sassy, and blessed with a great sense of humor, Vannoy's vibrant personality left a lasting impression. After graduating, she joined Southwest Bell as a switchboard operator, where she met and later married the love of her life, Ronald, a Tulsa firefighter.
