Velma G Thomas' Obituary
Velma G. Thomas, a resident of Broken Arrow, passed away April 30, 2021 at the age of 93. She was born November 12, 1927 to Clayton Goode and Gladys (Watson) Goode in Missouri. Velma was very active in her church. She enjoyed cooking and up until her passing she would write letters and cards to her friends and family. But most of all she loved spending time with her family. She will be missed by all that knew and loved her.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, William D. Thomas; seven siblings, Mary Ross, Hazel Lathrom, Bonnie James, Judy Kennedy, Roy "Bill" Goode and Bob Goode; son-in-law, Lee Clark.
Survivors include her children, David Thomas and wife, Tami and Denisa Clark; three grandchildren, Eric Clark, James Thomas and Donna Thomas; great granddaughter, Madelyan Lee Clark; sister, Linda Thompson and numerous other relatives and friends.
