I still can not believe this is happening. So sudden. So unexpected. What a lose. He was not only a brother-in-law. He was a Brother. He was a friend. He was an inspiration. I'm sorry he still IS all that and more. He lite up the room when he walked in. He made good things and times out of bad ones. He loved his wife, his children, his grandchildren, his church. I still can't wrap my head around this. This doesn't seem fair. But, I know that this world isn't fair or nice. I also know that this world is just temporary. As mom tells me everyday, "we have a promise". And that promise is a life eternal through Jesus Christ. I can find peace in this because of that promise. You are the funniest man I've ever known. My first love. You would turn everything into a song. Literally everything. I can't pull into Walmart without singing, "Where shall I park... Oh, where shall I park". Yeah, thanks for that 😁. Cj had told what had happened & though I've never met Vernon, after reading about him I know he was a man after God' own heart & that we were brothers in Christ! I can relate to the pain you must be going through as I just lost my wife of 44 years & I pray that our Father in heaven, the God of all comfort may by His very real presence minister Grace, Divine Peace & even Joy to each & person touched by Vernon's passing! Father, In the mighty name of Jesus Christ the anointed One I pray!. Amen!

My fondest memory of brother Kent (superman) Clark is when i was 15yrs old we all went to church youth camp (around 15 of us) at barronfork on the Illinois river , everyday we had a great day , church , and lots of fun , and every evening if brother Kent wasnt rolling in the floor laughing with us , we were always laughing and cutting up at him...
Good friends are few and far between , but brother Kents influence and kindnesses last a lifetime ! God bless you brother Kent and your entire family...
