Vicki Lynn Vandivort's Obituary
Vicki Spear Vandivort, 63, passed from this life on Tuesday, May 10th. As a beloved wife, mother, daughter and sister, Vicki will be remembered for her creativity, infectious laugh, and fun-loving personality by all who were privileged to know her. She battled through a long illness with courage, strength and determination to enjoy life.Vicki obtained a degree in Criminology at Northeastern University in Boston. She later earned a degree in Education and taught Art in Tulsa Public Schools.She is survived by her loving husband, Tom Vandivort, two children, Lucy Hobbs and Nicholas Vandivort and step-son Kenneth Vandivort. She is also survived by her parents, Bill and Lucy Spear and two sisters, Cindy Bruce and Stephanie House as well as three nieces and two nephews.There will be a memorial service at First Christian Church, 913 S. Boulder Ave., Tulsa, at 2pm on May 16, 2016. Memorial gifts may be sent to FCC Contingency Fund.
