Vickie Jean Barrett's Obituary
Vickie Jean Barrett, 78, resident of Tulsa. Oklahoma passed away August 20, 2020. Vickie was born October 4, 1941 in Bakersfield, California to Orval and Hazel DeFriese. Vickie married the love of her life, Lee Barrett on May 2, 1964 in Ponca City, Oklahoma and they shared over 54 beautiful years together. She was a loving and devoted wife, mother, grandmother and friend. She will be missed by everyone who knew and loved her.
Vickie was preceded in passing by her parents, Orval and hazel DeFriese and her beloved husband, Lee Barrett; granddaughter, Shelbie Sligar and her brother, Dennis DeFriese.
She is survived by her son, Bryan Barrett and wife Jamie; daughter, Brandi Sligar and husband Marshall; grandchildren, Dylan and Brianna Sligar, Colton, Jackson, Bryce, Mallory, Natali, Kynzlee, Emilynn and Luke Barrett, Jessica Jackson, Kalie and Morgan Bain; great-grandchildren, Wyatt Barrett and Rowan Jackson.
