Virginia Louise Moran's Obituary
Virginia Louise (Fichtner) MoranVirginia Louise (Fichtner) Moran was born November 16, 1932 in Bradford, Pennsylvania, to the parents of John Fichtner and Grace Twila (Brown) Fichtner. On December 1, 2011 at the age of 79 Virginia was called home to Heaven to be with her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. Virginia was a devoted Christian and was a lifelong member of Bethel Baptist Temple, in Tulsa, Oklahoma. She was also a devoted mother, grandmother, and great grandmother. She had four children, Howard Casto, Karen (Casto) Alexander, Melissa (Moran) Pierce and Donnie Moran. She had twelve grandchildren, Johnathan, Linda, Jennifer, Kenney Jr; Whitney, Andy, Rebecca, Robert, Dawna, Trey, Megan and Allura, as well as many great grand children. Virginia devoted her entire life to them all and loved them unconditionally. Virginia's siblings, three sisters, Joann Connell, Dorothy Clark and Margie Clark also meant everything to her; she loved them very much and spoke of them often. She always wished they had lived closer together, but was comforted by the many letters and calls. Virginia was a resident of Tulsa, Oklahoma for the past 40 years, but passed from this earth at her daughter's home in Kellyville, Oklahoma where she was cared for the last few months of her life. Virginia meant so much to everyone who knew her and will be missed terribly. But we are comforted with the fact that we will be with her again someday when we all meet in Heaven and take our place there with her. Virginia you will be missed, but forever remembered of your love for us all and ours for you. So, enjoy your everlasting life in Heaven, with Jesus and your now perfect mind and body, where there will be nothing but happiness for you now. Funeral arrangements and interment will be under the direction and care of Floral Haven Funeral Home, in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma. Visitation will be 10:00 am to 3:00 pm, Sunday, Dec. 4th, Floral Haven Funeral Home. Services to be held at 12:30 pm, Monday, Dec. 5th, Floral Haven Funeral Home Chapel, Officiating the service will be the Reverend Don Martin.
