Virginia Irene (Allen) Troxell, age 90. Our beloved mother passed away peacefully in her sleep, November 20, 2019 at The Gardens, Sapulpa, OK. A private family celebration of her life will be held at noon, Saturday, November 23 at the Frost home.Virginia was born to Oscar and Helen Allen May 29, 1929 in Seminole, Oklahoma, as the first born of 8 children.She is survived by her three children, Deborah (Troxell) Frost and husband Lee of Sapulpa, Deirdre (Troxell) Foster and husband Steve of Broken Arrow and Hubert H. Troxell, Jr. of Tulsa. Brother, Bob Allen and wife Beth, Sisters, Betty Mills, Evelyn Kendall, and Sarah Holmes, Grandchildren Sara (Shibley) Knowles and husband Chad, Jennifer (Wolfe) Rader and husband Jeremy, Shelly (Wolfe) Littleton and husband Kevin, Rachel (Shibley) Baker, Alex Shibley and wife Dana, Step Grandchildren Levi Frost and wife Eden, Carisa (Frost) Manderfield and husband Nick, and Rhonda (Foster) Sullivan and husband Danny, and 18 Great Grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her husband Hubert H. Troxell, Sr., Parents, Oscar and Helen Allen, Sister, Mary McDonald, Brothers, Andrew and Thomas Allen, and Grandson, Jason Lee Wolfe.Virginia obtained her Nursing Degree at Central Vo-Tech in Drumright and served the community at Bartlett Hospital in Sapulpa, St John’s Medical Center, Saint Francis Medical Center, and City of Faith, all of Tulsa. Memorial donations in Virginia’s name may be made to fight breast cancer in which she was a 30 year survivor.
