I was very saddened to hear of the passing of Walt Kelly. Mr. and Mrs. Kelly are longtime friends of our family. The last time I saw either of them was at our mother's funeral service and I was so glad to see them both.Our parents and the Kellys were friends from church and from many years of playing in a bridge club. When I think of Walt Kelly I think of his hearty laugh and how he always had a friendly word for anyone and everyone.My brother Greg and I send our deepest sympathies to Mrs. Kelly and all of his family. May his soul rest in peace.

I am deeply saddened to hear of the passing of my Uncle Walter. Every memory I have of him is a good one because I seriously can never remember him being anything but happy and smiling or laughing. He was a good man, an honest man, a dedicated, loyal and religious man, and I can sincerely say that there are not a whole lot of those kind of men left in our world. I am so very sorry that I didn't get to spend more time with him, living far away kept me from doing so. However, I can truly say that I loved him dearly, and can feel peace in the fact that I know he is in a wonderful place. I am proud to have had him as my only Uncle. Aunt Coriene, Stuart and Karen, I love you. Rest in peace, Uncle Walter.
