Wanda Carter's Obituary
Wanda Lee Carter was born on June 22,1949, in Skiatook, Oklahoma, to Clovis and Lora Carter.
When Wanda was growing up, everyone had nicknames. Wanda gave herself her nickname, which was Peanut-Tea, because she loved peanuts and Iced Tea. She would sign everything to her family, Peanut-Tea!
She attended school in Owasso, Oklahoma; and graduated in May 1967. She worked at Home Insurance Company, Reeds Dept. Store; and City Service.
She attended the Assembly of God Church and enjoyed spending time with her family.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Clovis and Lora Carter, also sisters, Carolyn Pearson and Sherry Kramer. She is survived by her daughter, Kristin Carter, also, sisters, Frances Carter, Barbara Smith, Janet Tomlinson; and brother Rick Carter, along with numerous nieces and nephews,
One of her favorite songs was "You'll be in my heart by Phil Collins."
