Jim and I were sad to hear that Wanda passed away. She was such a good neighbor and we will miss seeing her go for her walks. Jim and Christine Thompson
Wanda was my Great Aunt and, she was such a sweet lady to me. My earliest and most precious memory of her is when I was 5 years old. My parents and I and my little sister had been in a tragic car accident and I had to stay in the hospital. Wanda came and sat with me. She read me stories and brought some toys so she could play with me. Her gentle kindness distracted a scared little girl and, now when I think about that time the memory is softened by remembering spending an afternoon with Aunt Wanda. I am sorry for my family's loss and I am praying for all.

Losing a Mom brings much heartache and many difficult days, but what a blessing to have so many wonderful memories that you can cherish forever as well as the sweetness of the tender love she had for all of you and your families. She has touched so many lives with her sweetness, concern, service and the many talents she so willingly shared. A dear, dear person with a heart of gold. I feel so blessed to have known her and to have been a small part of her life. Over the years I have learned so much from her, from her great cooking skills, to healthy, natural eating, her happy attitude, her creativeness, and her willingness to serve. I cherish my memories of her and the many recipes she shared with so many of us! .She will forever hold a special place in my heart.
