Warren Edward Mercer's Obituary
Warren Edward Mercer, age 76, passed this life and entered eternal rest on July 28, 2024, in Claremore, Oklahoma. He was born on June 26, 1948, in Germany to his parents, Johnie and Ellen Mercer.
Warren was a man of many talents and passions. He had a deep love for music and was especially skilled in music including playing the drums and singing in various bands throughout his life. Warren’s faith was a cornerstone of his life, and he had a true love for God and family.
In addition to his musical pursuits, Warren enjoyed traveling, the outdoors & watching westerns, pastimes that brought him much joy. He & his wife, Yvonne, were avid travelers and loved sightseeing.
Warren served his country with honor as an Aviation Electrician in the United States Navy. He was fluent in Spanish and German, which enriched his experiences and connections with people around the world. His dedication and service were a testament to his character and commitment.
Warren was preceded in death by his loving wife, parents, his brother Johnie Wayne Mercer & his sister Ingrid Smith. He is survived by many family members and friends who were cherished throughout his life.
A memorial service to honor Warren’s life will be held on Friday, August 2nd, 2024, at 11:00 AM at Floral Haven’s Rose Chapel in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma.
