Wayne Eugene Rice's Obituary
Wayne Eugene Rice, born on December 6th, 1941 to Leonard and Lela Rice, passed away on October 25th, 2023. Wayne was a devoted husband, brother, and friend whose impact on the world will never be forgotten.
Wayne spent 32 years at John Zink, working tirelessly until he retired in 2013. He was a hard-working man that always put his family first.
Although Wayne never cared much for baseball, he loved spending time with his wife Paula. Together they would go to the Driller's stadium to watch the game and see Paula filled with joy.
Wayne is survived by his wife Paula Rice, his sister Judy and Tom Landis, and his brother-in-law Roger and Angie Hale. Though he will be missed by many, Wayne is reunited with his parents, Leonard and Lela Rice.
Wayne's family and friends will always remember him as a kind and devoted man. His legacy will continue to live on through them and the fond memories they have of him. May he rest in peace.
