Wilbur Dale Jones' Obituary
Wilbur Dale Jones, 84, of Tulsa, died on Wednesday, May 14, 2014, in Claremore, Oklahoma. He was born in Tulsa, Oklahoma on January 21, 1930, the son of Wilbur and Clara Jones. He grew up in the Tulsa area, graduating from Will Rogers High School in the 1940’s. Dale proudly served in both the United States Navy and the United States Army. On December 31, 1954, he married the love of his life, Patricia Ann Hulva, in Tulsa. Dale enjoyed collecting antique cameras and clocks. He is survived by his son, Brian Jones, Sr., and his wife, Teresa, of Tulsa, three grandsons, Jeremy Graham, and his wife, Shelby, of Sapulpa, Nickolas Jones, of Tulsa, and Brian Jones, Jr., of San Antonio, Texas, great-grandchildren, Shelby Lynn Graham, Makenzi Dawn Graham, Jacelynn “Jacie” Fox, and Micha Graham, and numerous other family members and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, wife, and siblings. Memorial donations may be made in Dale’s name to the Alzheimer’s Association.
