William "Bill" A. Smith, Jr.'s Obituary
William “Bill” Arnold Smith, Jr., 66, died Saturday, January 15, 2011 at the Clarehouse in Tulsa, Oklahoma following a brief illness. He leaves his wife of 25 years, Carolyn Smith; his daughters, Andra Graham and Tiffany Smith; his son and his wife, Ross and Christine Martin; his parents, Arnold and Johnnie B. Smith; and three grandsons. He is preceded in death by his son, Richard Smith. Bill was born on October 12, 1944 in Brenham, Texas and raised in Giddings, Texas. After graduating from Giddings High School, he attended college and graduated from Texas A & I with a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering. After working in the oil and gas industry for Texaco for over 30 years, he became a successful financial planner. Bill had a passion for his family, a love of laughter, and lived life to the fullest. Funeral services will be held Wednesday, January 19, 2:00 PM at Northside Christian Church in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma. He will be laid to rest at Floral Haven Cemetery in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma.
