will always remember Rusty as loving and kind person. I first meet him years ago while a member of the ICAO and he named me his Grand Duke to Reign 7!!!! I moved to Ohio later that year and still kept in touch with him. He will be greatly missed by lots of us
I met Rusty as we traveled around as brother Emperors in our respective courts within the Imperial Court System. There was never a time where I didn’t see him with a smile on his face and he always knew just what to say if I was ever feeling down. I was very thankful to call him a brother and friend. He will be sincerely missed by all who were fortunate to know him. Rest in Power Rusty and until we meet again. ❤️🙏🏼🕊️️
