"Billy Ike".... that's who he was to Dickie Lambert and me. Yes, he was very intelligent. True, he devised several home science experiments which we conducted in Dr. Lambert's basement in South East Washington, D.C.
I know you will find it quite incongruent, but I remember him most for composing melody and lyrics and singing a very disgusting, obscene little ditty about a woman - I will spare you the words. Although I'm sure he quickly forgot it, at 84 I cannot shake the recollection of it.
You don't know who he really was.

I will always remember Dr Cooper reading Psalm 23 prior to my IVF procedure in 1990 which resulted in my healthy triplet delivery in June of 1991. I am sorry that I did not hear of his passing until now.

Dr Cooper was the most wonderful and caring doctor I have ever had the pleasure of knowing. He helped me have 3 beautiful children that I cherish everyday. May you rest in peace and hoping your family finds comfort knowing how many people loved you. You were respected by so many and appreciated for all you did to help your patients have children. I will never forget you.

On behalf of our people in Indonesia, we want to thank Dr Bill Cooper for his love and ministry to us whenever he came with Rev Carol Cooper. We remember both of them fondly for their love for the Lord and for our people. The Lord had used both of them to minister to people all over the world, and we count it a privilege and joy to have both of them to minister to us in Indonesia several times and knowing them in person as we ate and fellowship together. We look forward to seeing Dr Cooper and Rev Carol again in heaven. So, thank you Dr Bill Cooper, and well done, you good and faithful servant of God!
