William Martin Hilgendorf, 77, of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma passed away unexpectedly on December 24, 2017. Born in Grosse Point, Michigan to William and Mabel Hilgendorf. He lived most of his life in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma.William (a.k.a Bill) was a tender hearted and warm father, grandfather and friend. He had a long career with Delta Airlines retiring in 1993. He enjoyed golfing, spending time with his family and camping every year with his best friend John Henness of St. Claire Shores, Michigan.Bill was extremely loving and proud of his three children, Bill Hilgendorf of Dallas, Texas, JoLynn Adamson and her husband Brian Adamson of Greenville, Michigan, and Dianne Neal and her husband Phillip Neal of Fort Wayne, Indiana and his six grandkids. He is survived by his Aunt Camille Campau (a.k.a Millie).We are deeply saddened by his sudden death. We are grateful for the legacy he left, the friends he touched, and lives he impacted through his kindness and generosity.His family will host a private memorial service in Michigan at a later date.
