When I saw the paper that Bill had passed, it brought lots of memories flooding back. I knew Bill from the 1980's, when I worked at the "old" 1st Broken Arrow Wal Mart, and then later, I delivered his mail sometimes when I went to the Post Office. He was such a nice and friendly guy. I always thought highly of him, even tho it has been over ten years since I had seen him. My thoughts and prayers are with you, as I know he will be greatly missed. Sincerely, Cecillia Wise
