William “Bill” Lackey 75 died October 24, 2011 in Tulsa, Oklahoma. He was born January 2, 1936 in Chicago, Illinois. Mr. Lackey served his country in the United States Air Force. He is survived by two sons William J .Lackey Jr. and Robert Lackey. There are also two granddaughters Jennifer L. Moscarelli, and Brittney Lackey.
