Mainard, William “Bill” 87 died March 31, 2010 in Decatur, Texas. He was born October 12, 1922 in Salina, Oklahoma. He was the son of John and Minnie Mainard. He was a foreman for Dowell. Services were held April 5, 2010 at 3 p.m in the Chapel of Floral Haven Funeral Home. Rev. Jeremy Skaggs officated.Survived By: Daughter, Charlotte Hannah of Decatur Texas, 2 Sisters, Marie Montgomery and Effie Fields. There are 3 Grandchildren and 3 Great-Grandchildren.
