William "Bill" Michael McAnally's Obituary
William Michael McAnally, lovingly known as “Bill,” passed away on April 11, 2026, at St. John’s Hospital in Tulsa, Oklahoma. He was 71 years old.
Bill was born on August 19, 1954, in Tulsa, Oklahoma, to James David McAnally and Evelyn Margie Smith (Minyard). He spent his life in the Tulsa area, where he built not only a successful career but also lasting relationships and a legacy of hard work and determination.
A natural entrepreneur, Bill was an amazing businessman who owned and operated four successful businesses throughout his lifetime. He was a workaholic to his core, always striving to provide, build, and achieve. His dedication and drive were unmatched, and he took great pride in everything he accomplished.
Outside of work, Bill had a lively and spirited personality. He was fun-loving, ornery, and full of life, often bringing laughter and energy wherever he went. He had a love for racing, especially NASCAR, and was a football fan who enjoyed watching games whenever he could. In his quieter moments, he found joy in hunting and the outdoors—most notably, a story he loved to share about the time he successfully shot a bear.
Bill will be remembered for his strong work ethic, his larger-than-life personality, and the love he had for his family, friends, and the life he built.
He is survived by his beloved wife, Paula McAnally of Catoosa, OK, siblings; Pat Mason of Austin, TX, Pat McAnally of West Fork, AR, Ann Henry of Alamo, TX, Beckie Keith of Mansfield, TX, and James McAnally, of Madeline, Columbia, South America, as well as a host of cherished family and friends.
A visitation will be held on Sunday, April 12, 2026, from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Funeral services will take place on Monday, April 13, 2026, at 12:30 p.m. in the Floral Haven Funeral Home Chapel, with interment to follow in the Spirit of Oklahoma Mausoleum.
He will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.
