Born on March 9, 1937, Bill's life was filled with remarkable experiences and precious memories that he shared with his beloved wife, Dorothye Rayburn, whom he married 17 years ago. Their bond was one of love, respect, and companionship, and their time together was nothing short of extraordinary.
Though Bill's services will not be held in Oklahoma, as he will be laid to rest in Tennessee among his family, we know that his spirit will forever remain in the hearts of all those who had the privilege of knowing him. The memories he created and the love he shared will continue to inspire and guide us as we navigate life without his physical presence.
