Oil Field Worker and MachinistWilliam Lynn Shelby, 69, formerly of Cisne, Illinois, now of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma died on Monday, October 1st at 9:11pm at St. John Medical Center in Tulsa, Oklahoma.Services will be held at Floral Haven, at 6500 South 129th East Avenue in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma 74012 at 10:00am on Monday, October 8, 2018. Viewing and visitation will be held on Sunday, October 7th, at 10:00am to 7:00pm.William was born December 4th, 1948 in Fairfield, Illinois, son of Leo Shelby, and Paulene Shelby. He was married to Patsy Lee Rockett / Shelby of Fairfield, Illinois for 50 years.He is survived by two daughters, Tammy Goldesberry, married to Jimmy Lee Goldsberry of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma and Cindy Kallam, married to Robin Kallam of Collinsville, Oklahoma. Four siblings, Jaye Shelby of Salem, Illinois, Rita Boyles of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, Tom Shelby of Tulsa, Oklahoma and Sherry Taylor of Mt. Erie, Illinois. He was preceded in death by Paula Litherland of Minnesota. Four grandchildren, Jessica Goldensberry, Kimberly Goldensberry, and Sophia Goldensberry of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma and Lindsay Kallam and Nickolas Kallam, of Collinsville, Oklahoma.
