He is survived by his loving children, Sherry L Thetford and Cindy Mevissen. Bill's legacy continues through his cherished grandchildren: Sarah Lesser, Miles Thetford, J.J. Baas, Chase Mevissen, and Chelsea Mevissen. His impact extends further through his numerous great-grandchildren. Bill was a beloved family figure, touching the lives of numerous relatives.
Bill is preceded in death by his parents, Homer and Stella Thetford, and his beloved wife, Sara Thetford, and his son Billy Thetford. Their memory lives on in the hearts of those who knew and loved them.
A visitation to honor Bill's life will take place from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM on Wednesday, August 16th, at the Floral Haven Funeral Home. The funeral service, a celebration of his remarkable journey, will be held at 2:00 PM on Thursday, August 17th, at the Floral Haven Rose Chapel.
