Willine Marie Robertson Zerbe (Ford)'s Obituary
Willine Marie Robertson Zerbe (Ford), the daughter of Willie Bain Robertson and Mary Elouise (Sprouse) Robertson was born on March 7, 1939 in Fort Smith, Arkansas and passed away on September 30, 2018 in Tulsa, OK at the age of 79.Willine loved her family and was always there to lend a helping hand. She enjoyed crafting, gardening, crocheting, and singing in the church choir. She was a longtime member of Eastwood Baptist Church.Through her life she was mainly a homemaker. She was active in the PTA and was a homeroom mom. She was always available to help carpool her kids and their friends to the library, little league games, skating rinks, and Crystal’s Pizza just to name a few places. She even drove a 15 passenger van to Six Flags once.Willine also taught Sunday School and Vacation Bible School. So when she needed full time employment she opened an in home daycare. She eventually took care of several of her grandkids until they started school.Later in life when most people were enjoying their retirement Willine chose stay busy. She worked for Tulsa Public Schools, Union School District, and Catoosa Schools where she oversaw a computer lab and worked as a substitute teacher.She is preceded in death by her parents, Bill and Elouise Robertson; sisters Connie Gammill and Carol Ann Lacy; 2nd husband Lowell Ford; infant son Paul Zerbe.She is survived by a loving family which includes The Love of her life Robert L. Zerbe Sr ; sister Helen Mifflin; son and daughter in law, Robert L. Zerbe Jr and Kathryn Zerbe; son and daughter in law, Dale W, Zerbe and Tina Zerbe; daughter Cheryl Zerbe; 14 grandchildren Calvin Zerbe, Christopher Zerbe, W. Riley Zerbe, Duncan Zerbe, Mackenzie Zerbe, Taylor Zerbe, Daniel Zerbe, Desirae Zerbe, Jackson Zerbe, Christian Zerbe, Christy Zerbe, Michael Zerbe, Spencer Zerbe and Peyton Zerbe; exchange student granddaughters Ana Cristina of Mexicali, MX, Ana Graciela of Savannah, GA, and Ana Lucia of Mexicali, MX.She will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved her.
