Wilma Lucille Maddux's Obituary
Wilma L. (King) Maddux, 94 of Broken Arrow, OK., passed away April 12, 2023 at Cedar Crest Care Center. She was born December 1, 1928 in Binger, OK. to Jack and Blanche King. She graduated from Jenks High School in 1947. After retirement from Texaco Inc. in 1986, she and husband Eddie moved to Vian, OK; and most days you could find them on the golf course. Wilma was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Edward E Maddux of 60 years, sister Eunice Barnes, son Charles Maddux, and great-grandson Blake Gheen.
Wilma is survived by son and daughter-in-law, Edward Jr. & Jay Ann Maddux, sister Jackie Peepers of Hattiesburg, MS, brother Jack King Jr. of Yukon, OK., 8 grandchildren, and 9 great-grandchildren.
A celebration of life will be held at the Owasso Campus of Battlecreek Church, 12200 E 86th St. N., Owasso, OK. on Thursday the 27th of April at 11:00 A.M. Interment will follow at Floral Haven Cemetery, 6500 S. 129th E Ave., Broken Arrow, OK at 2:00 P.M.
