Wilma Lee Rock, 90, resident of Tulsa, Oklahoma passed away January 15, 2021. She was born March 9, 1930 in Monette, Arkansas to John and Irene Cagle. She was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother and friend. She will be missed by everyone who knew and loved her.
