There are a lot of jokes that go around about "MOTHER-IN-LAWS". But…… Fern was the best mother-in-law I could ever have wanted. She was always loving, caring, and when she knew I was coming to Tulsa she would have about 4 beautiful pies setting on the kitchen counter. Fern was a masterful cook and baker. We will surely miss her a LOT!! John

Words escape me as I try to express my thoughts. Pete and Fern have always been iconic as part of my extended family. It was strange to see Pete without Fern a few weeks ago. I am not sure I have every seen one without the other. I know life for Pete without Fern will be difficult. To Pete, Donna, Dayle, Galye, Jodi I send my love and prayers that Gods's angels of love will surround you and comfort you through these difficult days. No matter how prepared we think we are it is never easy to loose someone we love and especially a parent, but there is great comfort in knowing she is in the arms of Jesus. We can think that she is have a great family reunion in heaven remembering all of the great times of days gone by and she would want no less for those she left behind than for them to reminisce about all of the great times they have had with her while she was here……………..Love and prayers, Cathy
