Zackary Otis Cook's Obituary
Zackary Otis Cook born August 25, 1941 in Arvin, California passed away February 5, 2014 in Collinsville, Oklahoma. Zackary was the 3rd of 6 children born to Otis and Myrtle Cook. He attended and graduated from Shawnee High School. After graduation he moved to Collinsville, Oklahoma. Zackary served in the Army from 1959 to 1963. After his honorable discharge as a Sergeant he was married to Genice Marie Trimble on December 30, 1965 at Nogales Ave. Baptist Church. Married for 48 years Zackary and Genice have two daughters Diana Cook and Shelly Campbell; three grandchildren Brooklyn, Adlei and Micah Campbell. When Zackary wasn’t spending time with his family he loved watching OU football games, shopping and going to Kentucky where his family lives. The most important thing to Zackary was spending time with his family. He will forever be missed.
